Shipping is free on orders over $50 (USA), $100 (Canada), and $250 (rest of the world). Before that threshold is met shipping is calculated in the shopping cart and ranges from $5 and up depending on the size, weight, destination, and fragility of your order.
It depends on where you are. Unframed print orders processed here in the domestic U.S. will take 3-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7–20 days.
Framed orders are typically dispatched within 7–14 days.

Framed prints over 40" wide may require shipment by a freight courier in which case you'll be notified to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Yes, if you specify the recipient's name and address as the shipping address the framed work will be shipped directly to them. Unfortunately as this time I'm not able to offer gift wrapping of framed work. Receipts for the purchase are not included in the shipment.

First and foremost we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue or questions regarding a delivered order, again please just drop us a line here and and we’ll do what we can to make everything perfect. Refunds are only issued for cosmetic or structural issues with products and must be brought to our attention within 7 days after receipt of your order.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if items arrive defective or damaged and within 30 days of the original order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or via the contact page, clearly stating all pertinent details.
To complete your return, we first require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and complete with any original product packaging (this does not include exterior shipping envelopes or boxes. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
